Refund Policy

30-Day Return Window We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligible for a full refund:

• Items that arrived damaged or defective
• Items that are significantly different from the product description
• Orders that were never delivered (after investigation with the carrier)

Not eligible for a refund:

• Change of mind after 30 days of delivery
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective)

How to Request a Return Email us at support@linkinglove.shop with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect.

We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps.

Refund Processing Once your return is approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when processed.

Return Shipping For defective or incorrect items, we cover return shipping costs. For other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
